1.We offer a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receivingyour item to request a return.
2. For better customer experience we also offer a reverse pick-up services.
3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
4. For COD orders, customer has a choice to select the mode of payment mentioned on our page. Once the request is approved, a pick-up will be arranged depending on the availability of the logistical provider.

5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS AND COD ODERS. MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
7. To start the return process. Go to the returns and exchange portal mentioned on our website.
8. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on Instagram @eszett.clothing. You can also reach us on +919987033822. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 10 am- 8 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
9. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp. 
10. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
    Eszett Warehouse
    1, Damji Shamji Industrial Complex. Next to Madhubani Toyota. L.B.S. Marg. Kurla (W). Mumbai. Maharashtra. 400070.
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Instagram: @eszett.clothing, phone no.: +91 9987033822 or email-hello@eszett-clothing.com. with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
